Channel Ticketing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting property box offices and show partners, the full-time Channel Ticketing Specialist will accurately maintain Archtics/Ticketmaster event programming, manage ticket inventory, and ensure system functionality from a home office setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor ticket blocks, pricing, and inventory across all ticket outlets
• Conduct event programming, including building events, managing ticket types, and creating internet links
• Advise management on potential revenue opportunities and assist in developing managerial reports for ticketing analysis

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with Archtics or equivalent training
• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Associate's Degree preferred
• 6+ months of experience with any ticketing system preferred
• Experience in entertainment and/or ticket office preferred
