Charge Capture Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle metrics, the full-time hybrid Charge Capture Analyst will manage analytics, maintain Chargemaster files, and collaborate with clinical departments to ensure accurate billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and problem resolutions within the revenue cycle
• Maintain and audit Chargemaster files and fee schedules to ensure revenue integrity
• Develop and document custom billing system tests and enhancements to prevent billing errors

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with a focus on coding, or 2 years in billing
• EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility preferred
