Job Summary
Overseeing daily operations and team performance, the full-time remote Chargeback Team Lead will manage and develop Chargeback Specialists, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while driving continuous improvement in chargeback processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach and support Chargeback Specialists through onboarding, training, and ongoing development
- Monitor service levels, workloads, and compliance with card network requirements while serving as the primary escalation point for operational issues
- Review quality and performance metrics, providing feedback and partnering with management on performance concerns
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in chargeback, dispute resolution, fraud operations, or payment processing
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Advanced knowledge of chargeback regulations and dispute processes
