Charter Finance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting public charter schools in financial sustainability, the full-time remote Charter Finance Manager will focus on financial projection modeling and fiscal data analysis while engaging in consulting projects that enhance clients' financial planning capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and structure complex data analytic models to inform financial planning and decision-making for charter schools
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess long-term organizational health and provide actionable recommendations
• Maintain and improve standardized financial models and analytical frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across client engagements

Required qualifications

• A minimum of four years of relevant work experience in education or non-profit finance, financial services, or management consulting
• Advanced financial acumen with demonstrated skills in financial projection modeling
• Intermediate project management skills, capable of leading work streams and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with GASB and FASB accounting concepts
• A strong interest in the missions and communities of client partners
