Charter School Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading strategic finance initiatives, the full-time Senior Director, Charter Finance will advise charter school leaders on financial decisions, manage client projects, and mentor colleagues while working remotely within the United States and requiring up to 10% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Directly advise charter school boards and leaders on financial sustainability and governance practices
• Independently manage multiple client projects, ensuring satisfaction through effective planning and communication
• Coach and mentor colleagues to enhance their technical and project management skills

Required qualifications

• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in education or non-profit finance, financial services, or management consulting
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial projection modeling and budgeting processes
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project outcomes
• Strong interest in the mission and communities of client partners
• Experience in leading teams and coaching colleagues
