Chatbot Developer
Job Summary
To support innovative AI solutions, the contracted Chatbot Developer will work remotely to manage the full lifecycle development of chatbots and conversational agents, optimize architectural migrations, and ensure robust enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end development of scalable chatbots and AI agents from design to deployment
- Maintain and optimize the Azure Bot Framework while participating in architectural migration to Microsoft Foundry and Agents 365 Azure SDK
- Design and implement API integrations using MuleSoft for data exchange between conversational interfaces and backend systems
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development
- Proficiency with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 and knowledge of Copilot Studio / Agents 365
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript, with frontend capabilities in HTML/CSS
- Experience with MuleSoft for enterprise systems integration
