Chatbot Developer
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative conversational applications, the contract Chatbot Developer will work hybrid or remotely, leveraging extensive experience with Azure Bot Framework, C#/.NET, and enterprise integrations to build and maintain chatbots.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage enterprise chatbots using Azure Bot Framework and C#/.NET
- Integrate chatbots with Salesforce and PeopleSoft through APIs and middleware
- Implement conversational AI features, including NLU and intent recognition, utilizing Azure OpenAI and LUIS
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on chatbot/conversational AI
- Hands-on experience with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 and related technologies
- Strong development skills in C#/.NET
- Experience with API integrations, specifically Salesforce and PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with Microsoft Adaptive Cards and Azure OpenAI/GPT integration
