Chemical Regulatory Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Product Stewardship Team, the full-time Chemical Regulatory Coordinator will review and organize documents, prepare reports and assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and compile documents from internal and external databases and chemical database management systems
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product-level data in all systems
• Create and evaluate reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related science
• 0-2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage is preferred
• Experience with chemical databases is preferred
• Basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues, with one year of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
