Chemical Regulatory Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Product Stewardship Team, the full-time Chemical Regulatory Coordinator will review and organize documents, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and compile documents from internal and external databases
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining necessary documentation and maintaining product level data
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and generate hazard communication documents and product labels

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science
• 0-2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage preferred
• Experience with chemical databases preferred
• Basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
