To support a growing organization, the full-time Chief Business Transformation Officer will centralize and lead business transformation efforts, operational alignment, and cross-divisional integration while working remotely.

Required qualifications
- 15-20+ years of senior executive leadership experience in enterprise strategy and organizational transformation
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational restructuring and operational integration
- Deep expertise in post-merger integration and realizing operational synergies
- Skilled at designing and optimizing operational infrastructure and cross-functional workflows
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and Boards of Directors on strategic initiatives
