Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction and growth initiatives, the full-time Chief Executive Officer will manage Northwoods' financial performance, expand its presence in the human services market, and enhance product offerings through AI integration, with the option for remote work or based in Dublin, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute a multi-year strategy to grow the county business and expand into new HHS markets
• Lead relationships with state HHS leaders and build effective partnerships across the HHS ecosystem
• Own product strategy and roadmap, launching new products to increase caseworker capacity and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO, President, GM, or equivalent in a software business serving state or local government
• Demonstrated success in scaling a business within the state and local HHS market
• Experience in launching and growing products with measurable adoption and revenue results
• Strong understanding of federal funding processes and state HHS procurement
• Ability to manage dual growth initiatives while maintaining a profitable core business
