Job Summary

To lead the transition of the Human Potential Network into an independent organization, the full-time Chief Executive Officer will develop and execute strategic plans, generate revenue, and build partnerships while fostering a high-performing team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HPN's transition to independence by developing an integrated plan covering strategy, revenue, and operational capabilities
• Build a focused strategy and sustainable business model to support HPN's growth and purpose
• Generate new corporate and philanthropic revenue while creating valuable offerings for employers

Required qualifications

• Significant executive leadership experience in building organizations or initiatives from an early stage
• Demonstrated ability to develop focused strategies and sustainable business models
• Experience leading through significant organizational change, including launches and growth
• Proven track record of generating revenue through business development and partnerships
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for effective representation across various audiences
