Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Chief Executive Officer, the full-time position at Mid-West Textile will provide leadership and oversight across all company activities, focusing on driving profitable revenue growth and enhancing operations in retail, collections, and wholesale environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day oversight of company activities, including collection, processing, wholesale, and retail operations
• Lead strategic decisions to enhance revenue growth and manage exposure to global used textile markets
• Oversee fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and ten years of executive leadership experience
• Proven experience in a senior management role with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
• Demonstrated record of growing profitable revenue and operating cash flow in relevant industries
• Knowledge of financial management, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management
• Proven ability to build consensus and relationships among executives and stakeholders
