Job Summary
To support a growing community-focused organization, the full-time Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial operations, develop long-term strategies, and manage cash flow in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability
- Partner with executive leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or senior finance roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
- Passion for youth development, sports, or community-based organizations is a plus
