Job Summary
To shape the financial future of a critical business unit, the full-time remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Power Sensing & Regulation (PS&R) will manage financial strategy, oversee P&L accountability, and drive profitability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategy and own results by developing business plans and managing financial statements
- Build a unified finance framework to ensure consistent reporting, planning, and performance across the combined businesses
- Drive performance and profitability through operational reviews and insights on product and customer profitability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with substantial progressive finance experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership of business or operational finance teams
- Experience in supporting an industrial manufacturing business with multiple products or sites
- Skills in P&L management, financial planning, and cash generation
- Operational finance skills related to product costing, manufacturing productivity, and capital investment
