Job Summary

To drive profitable growth and margin expansion for a global business generating over $2.5 billion in annual revenue, the full-time remote Chief Financial Officer will partner with the Product Line General Manager, oversee financial performance, and lead strategic planning and operational execution across a global finance organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the Product Line General Manager to execute business strategy and align financial commitments
• Lead financial performance management, including P&L accountability and cash flow oversight
• Drive long-term strategic planning and annual budgeting, ensuring alignment with market demands and operational capabilities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with significant finance leadership experience
• Experience managing finance for complex industrial or manufacturing businesses with P&L responsibility
• Strong operational finance expertise, including manufacturing cost structures and capital investment
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and drive delivery of commitments
• Experience leading global teams and influencing decisions in a matrix organization
