Job Summary

Leading the capital strategy for a growing AI data center platform, the full-time Chief Financial Officer will design financing structures, manage capital raises, and oversee financial operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design the capital stack for data centers, including debt, equity, and joint ventures
• Manage the end-to-end capital raise process, including modeling, negotiations, and closing deals
• Oversee accounting and reporting, preparing the organization for institutional capital investment

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading capital raises for infrastructure projects, particularly in data centers or energy sectors
• Established network of lenders, investors, and limited partners
• Background as a Director or Managing Director in investment banking or finance leadership roles
• Fluency in project finance and debt structuring
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
