Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Summary
To support a rapidly scaling business, the remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial operations, develop a finance organization for future public company readiness, and provide strategic financial leadership across capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute the company's long-term strategic financial plan
- Lead the preparation for IPO readiness, including establishing financial processes and governance consistent with public company standards
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management while mentoring a high-performing finance organization
Required qualifications
- Experience in scaling a company from approximately 50 employees to hundreds
- Experience in taking a company through the IPO process
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Significant mergers and acquisitions experience
