Job Summary

Leading financial strategy during a pivotal growth phase, the remote Chief Financial Officer - CPA Required will manage all financial planning, oversee SEC filings, and coordinate the IPO process for a rapidly growing global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, capital allocation, budgeting, and long-term modeling to support growth and profitability
• Oversee SEC filings and ensure SOX readiness while building internal controls and governance structures
• Coordinate the end-to-end IPO process, working with underwriters, legal counsel, and auditors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• CPA or equivalent professional certification required
• 15+ years of finance and leadership experience, with at least 5+ years as CFO in a rapidly growing company
• Proven experience leading an IPO process, including SEC compliance and roadshows
• Extensive international finance operations experience, including managing global tax strategies and regulatory compliance
