Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer - Florida for the remote, full-time position responsible for overseeing financial management, forecasting, and revenue cycle strategy within the U.S. medical transport division, driving significant EBITDA improvement and operational accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all finance functions, including FP&A, financial modeling, and performance analytics
- Oversee Revenue Cycle Management to ensure billing accuracy and strong cash collections
- Deliver executive-level financial reporting and insights to senior leadership and the Board
Required qualifications
- Current senior finance leadership experience in a $200M-$300M healthcare or EMS organization
- Proven track record in P&L ownership and driving EBITDA improvement
- Deep expertise in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- CPA, MBA, or CFA strongly preferred
