Job Summary

Seeking a Chief Financial Officer, Ohio Licensed, the full-time role will lead the finance team for a growing behavioral health division, focusing on building robust financial systems, managing the monthly close and audit, and partnering strategically with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate GAAP financial statements, implementing robust internal controls
• Lead and develop the finance organization, including accounting, FP&A, and revenue cycle management
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights for decision-making and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Senior accounting leadership experience as a CFO, Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, or VP of Accounting
• 10+ years of healthcare accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience in building or rebuilding finance functions, including controls implementation and team development
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and multi-site healthcare operations
• Strong foundation in controllership with direct ownership of the monthly close and audit relationships
