Job Summary
To support a growing public media organization, the full-time remote Chief Growth Officer will lead integrated growth, innovation, marketing, and business development strategies, focusing on enhancing donor relationships and financial sustainability for public media clients.
Key responsibilities
- Set the direction for growth by translating enterprise strategy into a clear go-to-market plan
- Build a repeatable growth engine with established goals, targets, and metrics for visibility into progress
- Lead and coach business development efforts, guiding strategic partnerships and new market opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in growth, business development, or revenue leadership, preferably in nonprofit or public media sectors
- Proven track record of building or scaling a growth engine, including market strategy and pipeline management
- Experience leading innovation portfolios from client discovery to launch and scale
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including familiarity with revenue targets and opportunity assessment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
