Chief Human Resources Officer
Job Summary
As an Executive Partner, the full-time Chief Human Resources Officer will provide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO members across various industries, focusing on developing HR strategies, facilitating member collaboration, and ensuring member retention in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver executive advisory services to CHRO members, addressing complex talent and workforce challenges
- Collaborate with Gartner team members to manage the member lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Define and implement customized value plans based on member needs and overall Executive Program strategy
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or Master's preferred, with 5+ years as a CHRO and 15+ years in HR
- Extensive knowledge of HR functions and the strategic role of the CHRO
- Experience working with C-suite executives and a strong understanding of business and HR strategy alignment
- Preferred experience with Gartner/(CEB) clients and consulting, particularly in federal government human capital issues
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and deliver value in a client-facing role
