Job Summary

To shape the future of technology, the full-time salaried Chief Information Officer will develop and execute the long-term strategy for business applications and corporate IT operations while managing teams and driving the adoption of AI and automation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for the business application ecosystem and manage corporate IT operations end-to-end
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into technology capabilities and run enterprise applications with a focus on user experience
• Lead teams responsible for business systems and IT operations while establishing standards for architecture and governance

Required qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise business applications and corporate IT organizations, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ADP
• Proven track record in managing corporate IT operations, including endpoint management and corporate networking
• Hands-on technical depth in data and integration architecture with experience in cloud-first, SaaS-heavy environments
• Demonstrated success in enterprise modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Exceptional communication and change-leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams
