Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, the full-time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will manage threat operations and risk management while ensuring regulatory compliance and resilience in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year cybersecurity strategy aligned with business priorities
• Oversee incident response and crisis management, interfacing with regulators and partners as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust cyber risk management framework

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership, including prior CISO or Deputy CISO roles
• Proven track record in leading security organizations within complex, regulated industries
• Deep expertise in incident response, cloud security, and risk management
• Experience engaging with executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in transformational environments
