Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious security leader, the full-time Chief Information Security Officer will take ownership of enterprise security posture, driving cybersecurity strategies, risk management, and team leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable enterprise cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead the security operations team in threat management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response strategy
• Ensure compliance with industry frameworks and maintain a practical risk-tolerance posture

Required qualifications

• Proven track record as a Deputy CISO, VP of Information Security, or early-stage CISO
• Strong background in cloud security, threat governance, identity management, and architecture
• Demonstrated success leading incident response and managing security talent
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical risks in business terms to executive stakeholders
• Willingness to work hybrid within the Philadelphia, PA / Southern New Jersey corridor
