Job Summary
Partnering with the CEO, the full-time Chief Medical Officer will lead medical affairs and clinical safety functions, drive client relationships and business development, and shape clinical service strategy for a globally growing specialist CRO.
Key responsibilities
- Lead medical affairs and clinical safety functions while collaborating with senior leaders
- Drive client relationships, business development, and new commercial opportunities
- Shape clinical service strategy and operational performance to support business growth
Required qualifications
- Senior CRO leadership experience, ideally at the Senior/Executive Medical Director, VP, or CMO level
- Strong medical monitoring and clinical trial oversight experience
- Experience leading medical affairs and pharmacovigilance/drug safety teams
- Proven client-facing and commercial experience, including bid defense and business development
