Job Summary
Partnering directly with the CEO, the full-time salaried Chief of Staff will drive company growth and revenue performance while managing the Revenue Operations function, either from Rosslyn, VA or a remote location.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic and financial thought partner to the CEO, driving company priorities and revenue growth
- Own and develop the Revenue Operations function, ensuring visibility and accountability across key commercial metrics
- Analyze financial performance to identify risks and opportunities, translating data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a strategic or financial operations role, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience managing revenue operations and developing performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract obligations
