Job Summary
To support a mission-driven health food company, the fully remote Chief of Staff will translate company objectives into actionable plans, manage operational rhythms, and ensure team accountability while collaborating closely with the Founder/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate company objectives into clear priorities, projects, owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes
- Manage the operating rhythm of the company and keep teams aligned around the highest-priority objectives
- Track progress against company and departmental goals, holding team members accountable for commitments
Required Qualifications
- Significant prior operational or business-management experience
- Demonstrated ability to turn objectives into execution
- Strong project and team-management capabilities
- Experience working directly with a founder, CEO, or senior leadership team is a plus
- Comfortable using AI, automation, and modern operating tools
