Chief of Staff
Job Summary
To support the growth of ElevenLabs' global Talent organization, the full-time remote Chief of Staff will partner with the Head of Talent to shape strategy, execute priorities, and lead high-visibility projects across various Talent functions.
Key responsibilities
- Turn Talent strategy into actionable plans by partnering with the Head of Talent to identify priorities and ensure delivery
- Embed within teams to provide leadership and expertise, diagnosing and improving processes to accelerate progress
- Lead high-visibility projects from inception to outcome, executing strategic initiatives and assessing their effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in navigating hypergrowth within a global organization, managing significant hiring volumes across multiple regions
- Ability to shape strategy and execute initiatives, with experience advising executives on complex tradeoffs
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams or complex talent initiatives with accountability for results
- Experience delivering projects with senior executive stakeholders, showcasing strong judgment and communication skills
