Chief of Staff, AI Strategy
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to the AI and Data Transformation & Analytics Practice Leader, the full-time Chief of Staff, AI Strategy will manage operational rhythms, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure effective governance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and support strategic initiatives across the AI Lab and DT&A Practice, coordinating with leadership teams
- Own the leadership operating rhythm, ensuring accountability and alignment with firmwide strategy
- Lead AI go-to-market execution efforts, facilitating communication between the Practice Leader, Marketing, and Business Development
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a chief of staff role
- Deep understanding of AI as a strategist and operator, with the ability to bridge business needs and AI capabilities
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs at the firm or practice level
- Strong professional presentation skills, including excellent writing and executive communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher
