Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the remote Chief of Staff, Digital & Product will manage high-priority projects, collaborate with senior executives, and drive cross-functional alignment while leveraging a strong background in technology and product management.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Digital and Product Officer, managing initiatives from definition through execution
- Evaluate emerging technologies and product opportunities, developing strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional execution by convening stakeholders and resolving organizational obstacles
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, technology, product, or related fields with increasing scope and complexity
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
- Experience working closely with senior executives in technology, engineering, or manufacturing environments
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical capability and business judgment, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
