Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral healthcare company, the full-time salaried Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COFO) will manage operations and financial performance, lead process improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO and drive process improvement, including SOP development and performance tracking
- Manage operations by analyzing financial metrics, budgets, and performance against KPIs
- Oversee capacity planning and workforce management to align staffing with demand and ensure operational compliance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership, with at least 5 years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in managing an operating budget or P&L and improving margins
- Hands-on experience with credentialing, scheduling, and revenue cycle operations
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, project management, or healthcare quality are strongly preferred
