Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership for a remote, full-time position, the Chief Operating Officer will oversee Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration while focusing on process integration, performance standards, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall operational oversight across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration, ensuring integrated processes and clear accountability
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, establishing standardized procedures and monitoring key performance indicators
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between functional teams and executive leadership, coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, lending, financial services, or a related industry
• Experience managing multiple operational functions and working with senior-level leaders
• Strong understanding of closing operations and the loan lifecycle, with experience in valuations and asset resolution preferred
• Demonstrated ability to improve business processes and operational efficiency through data analysis and strategic thinking
