Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Director, Chief Operating Officer will coordinate go-to-market teams, oversee internal product rollouts, and establish a unified operating cadence while building the necessary business infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across all go-to-market teams to create a cohesive operating plan
• Manage the internal rollout of products, ensuring effective deployment and adoption
• Establish and run the operating cadence for regular performance reviews and decision-making

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business operations and strategy
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
• Experience in building operating plans for new business initiatives
• 5+ years of people management experience, including leading senior contributors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
