To support a nationally expanding personal injury law firm, the full-time Chief Operating Officer will drive business and operational strategy, lead AI implementation, and optimize organizational infrastructure while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own business and operational strategy, setting cross-functional priorities with department leaders
- Lead the transition to a proprietary AI-powered operating system and drive enterprise-wide AI adoption
- Build scalable processes and systems to support continued national expansion and optimize client management workflows
Required qualifications
- Significant executive leadership experience within the personal injury industry
- Proven success in scaling a law firm or personal injury organization within the 8- to 10-figure revenue range
- Strong technology background, including experience with large-scale CRM and data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable infrastructure and processes ahead of rapid growth
- MBA or comparable advanced business degree preferred
