Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Chief Operating Officer will build operational systems, manage provider credentialing and payer enrollment, and drive process excellence while ensuring a high-quality patient experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Completely own gross margin operations and drive efficiency across the company
• Run Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Success, Finance, and Compliance, coordinating efforts to resolve bottlenecks
• Build and document repeatable workflows while monitoring patient and partner touch points to ensure a consistent experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations at a startup, clinic, or provider network
• Direct experience with credentialing or payer enrollment processes
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies
• Experience working in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
