Chief Operations and Product Officer

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations and executing product and AI strategies, the full-time Chief Operations and Product Officer will oversee financial performance, manage the operating plan, and develop scalable systems to support business growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of operational functions and leaders while building accountability structures for execution
• Develop and manage an operating system that ensures predictability and scalability across the organization
• Oversee revenue operations from contract signing through implementation and ensure timely billing and collections

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and product management with P&L responsibility
• Significant experience in managing healthcare operations and understanding care delivery economics
• Proven track record in overseeing revenue cycle operations and improving billing and collections processes
• At least five years of experience owning a software product strategy in digital health or healthcare technology
• Experience in building management systems that enhance forecast accuracy and operational visibility
