Job Summary

Leading the money movement operations, the full-time remote Chief Payment Officer will manage a team responsible for overseeing payment processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing payment solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the money movement team for U.S. Pro and Ready platforms, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the management team to define strategic goals and enhance payment solutions across the organization
• Ensure compliance with OCC regulations while mitigating operational risks associated with payment processing

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in money movement operations, product development, and strategic leadership within SaaS-based companies
• Proven regulatory experience in Fintech or financial services, with knowledge of payment and compliance regulations
• Demonstrated ability in leading product development and implementing technology solutions for operational efficiency
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams and managing cross-functional relationships
• Analytical skills to assess data and present findings to executive management effectively
