Chief People Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Chief People Officer will design and execute people operations strategies, build effective hiring systems, and establish scalable people processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the strategy for the People function, ensuring alignment with organizational values and priorities
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process, developing pipelines and structured hiring processes to attract top talent
• Build and maintain high talent density by designing organizational structures and performance systems that support growth

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in human resources, people operations, or talent roles, including senior leadership experience in building systems from scratch
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in competitive or thin-talent markets
• Experience working in or across low- and middle-income country contexts, with an understanding of labor law and cultural nuances
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build tools and analyze data independently
• Curiosity and creativity with AI tools, along with a comfort in managing ambiguity and fast iteration
