Chief Product and Technology Officer

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time remote Chief Product and Technology Officer will lead the product and technology strategy, overseeing Product Management, Engineering, and Platform Operations while driving product innovation and ensuring technology security and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and establish a unified product and technology vision aligned with customer needs and business growth objectives
• Oversee product strategy execution, including customer discovery, product roadmaps, and lifecycle management
• Lead platform integration and modernization efforts while ensuring reliable and secure technology operations

Required qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within a software or SaaS organization, with responsibility across Product and Engineering functions
• Proven track record of executing product and technology strategies that deliver measurable customer value
• Direct experience in building ecommerce search, product discovery, or personalization products
• Strong technical judgment in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability
• Experience leading complex platform integrations and organizational transformation initiatives
