Chief Product Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the technical direction for audio technology, the full-time Chief Product Engineer will align product engineering with licensing strategies, oversee DSP platform integration, and develop comprehensive technical packages while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and design the technical boundaries of the licensing portfolio, ensuring modular audio technologies for diverse chipsets
- Oversee optimization and integration of audio code libraries across leading wireless audio SoC and DSP platforms
- Develop comprehensive Technical Data Packages, including reference designs, tuning tools, and documentation for licensee onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in consumer audio, acoustics, or hearables product development, with significant experience in embedded software and DSP algorithms
- Deep expertise in real-time audio processing software development and optimization
- Mastery over core hearable software pillars such as ANC, Spatial Audio, and Machine Learning-based Voice Pickup
- Strong fluency in C/C++, Python, and real-time operating systems
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Acoustical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
