Chief Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading product development initiatives, the full-time remote Chief Product Manager will execute product strategies, design and improve product processes, and manage stakeholder relationships to drive organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Translate the VP & CTO's vision into an outcome-based portfolio roadmap with KPIs linked to company objectives
- Design, implement, and enhance product practices across all projects to ensure effective product development
- Own product development from concept to availability, making scope and priority decisions while collaborating with engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years leading cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of measurable product outcomes such as user growth and cost savings
- Strong engineering fluency with hands-on experience in a modern programming language or framework
- Experience improving software delivery performance using recognized metrics across cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Mastery of Lean, user-centered design, and Agile/XP practices for product development
