Chief Product Officer
Job Summary
To guide the next phase of growth for a late-stage healthcare technology startup, the remote Chief Product Officer will lead product vision, strategy, and execution across a multi-product platform, focusing on enhancing customer adoption and delivering measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap while making disciplined investment decisions across products
- Own product adoption and retention outcomes by transforming enterprise deployments into sustained use within customer workflows
- Recruit and lead high-performing Product, Product Marketing, and Design/UX teams while actively participating in executive-level business strategy discussions
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior product leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling an AI-enabled or data-intensive SaaS platform
- Experience leading Product Design or UX teams for a minimum of 5 years
- Strong commercial judgment, including investment prioritization and connecting product decisions to revenue outcomes
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
