Job Summary
Leading the technical evolution of an Azure-based IoT Cloud platform, the full-time Chief Software Engineer - Cloud will architect scalable and reliable cloud solutions while providing hands-on development and mentoring to the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture for the connected vehicle Azure cloud platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance
- Develop cloud-native services, APIs, and data platforms while providing technical guidance to the team
- Establish architecture standards and coding practices, mentoring engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience developing backend software and APIs for cloud-native applications
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Core, or similar languages
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure functions and Event Hub Namespace
- Experience designing cloud data stores such as SQL and CosmosDB
