Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

Leading the technology vision and strategy for a publicly traded company's Connected Living segment, the full-time Chief Technology Officer will drive innovation across a diverse technology stack, manage a global engineering and R&D team of over 400 professionals, and oversee a technology portfolio with significant P&L responsibility, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business growth and market opportunities
• Lead and scale a global engineering and R&D organization, fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture
• Partner directly with strategic customers to co-develop scalable solutions and strengthen the organization's position as a technology innovation partner

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in engineering, R&D, or technology organizations, with recent experience as a CTO or equivalent
• Proven leadership of large, global engineering teams (200-500+ employees) and experience managing significant budgets or P&L responsibilities
• Expertise in industrial automation, robotics, or consumer electronics
• Strong track record of building scalable technology platforms and integrating complex systems
• Demonstrated success in co-innovation with customers and understanding of retail or consumer ecosystems
