Job Summary

Seeking a founding Chief Technology Officer and co-founder, the full-time remote role will architect and build an AI-native platform for customer engagement and recovery, focusing on creating intelligent agents and decisioning engines while ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build the core platform, making foundational decisions across models, data, and integrations
• Create intelligent agents for customer resolution that personalize engagement and negotiate within policy
• Establish a rigorous learning and evaluation system to improve outcomes through data pipelines and feedback loops

Required qualifications

• Experience in building and deploying conversational AI and agentic systems for complex workflows
• Strong command of machine learning and decision science, including personalization and predictive modeling
• Proven ability to integrate into complex enterprise data and workflow environments
• Commitment to enhancing customer experiences through applied AI technologies
• Demonstrated zero-to-one technical leadership with a focus on product development and team building
