Job Summary

To drive technology strategy and scale engineering efforts, the full-time Chief Technology Officer will define the technology vision and lead the development of AI-native products in a hybrid work environment based in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's technology vision, architecture strategy, and long-term product roadmap
• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
• Oversee platform architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence as the business grows

Required qualifications

• Significant software engineering and technology leadership experience, including building and scaling modern SaaS platforms
• Deep expertise in AI agent harnessing, machine learning, and agentic architectures
• Strong architectural knowledge across distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record of delivering complex products in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Experience building and leading engineering teams, including hiring and mentorship
