Job Summary
Focused on driving technological innovation, the full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will oversee technology strategy, architecture, and execution across all platforms, including modern cloud solutions and legacy systems, while fostering engineering talent and integrating AI features.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy and architecture for all D-Tools platforms
- Modernize the legacy platform and accelerate cloud solutions to protect and grow revenue
- Lead engineering talent development and manage in-house and offshore teams for quality and reliability
Required qualifications
- Eight or more years of progressive engineering leadership in customer-facing software development
- Deep B2B SaaS experience with a focus on industries where software serves as the system of record
- Recent experience in shipping customer-facing AI features and using modern AI development tools
- Proven track record in designing and launching scalable production systems
- Experience in leading engineering organizations of 25 to 100 people, including managing onshore and offshore teams
