Child Safety Investigator
Job Summary
Passionate about creating a safe digital environment for minors, the full-time Child Safety Investigator will conduct in-depth investigations into child safety violations, review sensitive content, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, while working within a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth investigations into child safety violations and disrupt malicious actors
- Review sensitive content, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), as part of investigative work
- Communicate investigation findings through written briefs suitable for law enforcement and legal teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in online child safety investigations or a comparable field
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive content with strong resilience for emotional demands
- Working knowledge of NCMEC CyberTipline reporting workflows
- Experience with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) investigations
